Hot Tomato Soup

Hello my loves :)

As I promised I will post my recipe for my tomatoe soup now.





Ingredients:

-  minced tomatoes
-  coconut milk
-  sambal olek
-  creme fraiche
-  vegetable stock
-  garlic
-  onion
-  flavour ( salt, pepper, ginger, cayenne pepper, sugar,      kurkuma)
-  flax seeds








  •  At first you chop your onions in little cubes and put them together with butter in your pan. Squeeze you garlic to the onions and wait until they are glassy. 


  •  Now deglaze both with the vegetable stock. 
  • Put the minced tomatoes inside and cook.


  • To make it smooth add the coconut milk and a spoon of cream fraiche.
  •  Now just take your flavours as you like and taste it.


  •   If its too bitter just add a bit of sugar.


  • You can serve it now with a few croutons and flaxseeds. ( But thats optional )

Juice up your life

Good evening loves ! :)


I know you haven't heard a lot from me lately but I hope I can change this in the future.
As summer has just arrived I thought I tell you something about my love for smoothies <3
In the following I show you why they are so healthy and good for you especially on hot summerdays :)

At first I need to say that you need time!A lot of time. So you better build it into your morning (or evening or whenever) routine. Set 10-20 minutes each morning for preparing your fruits and veggies for your smoothie. BUT! This time is worth it.


  • Vitamins.The very first good point about it is that you get your body's daily nutritional needs. If you struggle with getting all your vitamins over the day, this is a very good opportunity to get this done.



  • Delicious.If you have already kids - they LOVE it. ;) Even if you put in some veggies, just add a banana and its still sweet. 



  • Weight Loss.It's an easy way to lose weight. As it is super filling you can definately replace it for a whole meal. Of course you then have to drink more than just a little cup. The reason why you may be losing weight with smoothies is simple. While there are way too many chemicals in every meal to take, smoothies are detoxing. They flush all the detoxes right out of your body and help you cleanse your blood and digestive systems. This is a very important step for getting rid of this extra bellyfat ! ! ! ( You can read more about detoxing in my post earlier this year)

  • Health.It helps you strengthen you immune system. 

  • Muscle Building / Fitness. A smoothie is a perfect way for recovering after a hard workout because its easier for the body to absorb the nutrients from a smoothie than from a whole meal. If youre aiming to build muscles this is the cheaper version of a protein shake!

  • Beauty. For all the girls : It makes you skin GLOWY! and looks more awake.

  • Reduce Cravings. Or better, replace your cravings with a sweet Berry-Banana Smoothie. Or if you crave something harsh - a Kale-Spinach-Apple Smoothie.

  • Happiness. Experience a sense of well-being after doing this good to your body. After a while you'll see the benefits and this leads to more happiness.

  • Energy. Give your body the right fuel for more energy in the short and long term.



There are surely many more reasons to drink smoothies regularly but in my eyes these are the most important ones. I try to build them in my everyday life as often as I can, but sometimes you just dont have the time or mood.
At the last point I just want you to say hello to my 2 favourite recipes . :)


 
Mango - Apple Smoothie:

- 2 Mangoes
- 1 Apple
- tb Lemon juice
- handfull of ice cubes
- bit of water
- 3 tb Joghurt
- Cinnamon

 TADA :) Just put all the ingredients in the blender and 
enjoy !













Berry- Banana Smoothie

- 1 Banana
- Cup of frozen Berries
- Cup of fresh Berries
- bit of water
- bit of Lemon juice
- some ice cubes
- flax seeds( as they are also super healthy ! )











These are just my preferences. Of course you can vary a lot and put some extra fruits or veggies to the blender. Just be creative :)
